Biorhythm Calculator
Calculate your physical, emotional, and intellectual biorhythm cycles from your birth date and optional birth time. This biorhythm calculator shows your daily cycle highs, lows, critical days, and triple high or low periods.
Biorhythm Calculator
A biorhythm chart is a simple way to visualise three classic cycles that begin from your birth date: the 23-day physical cycle, the 28-day emotional cycle, and the 33-day intellectual cycle. Enter your birth date above to generate a personal biorhythm chart and see where each cycle sits today.
Use this biorhythm calculator as a reflection and planning tool. High days can suggest periods where a cycle is stronger, low days can suggest a slower recovery period, and critical days show where a cycle crosses the zero line.

How High and Low Days Are Chosen
High Day and Low Day navigation first looks for a window where all three biorhythm cycles meet the threshold together: 50% or higher for High Days, and -50% or lower for Low Days.
Inside that window, the exact best time is chosen by the weakest cycle. For a High Day, the site finds the time when the lowest of the three positive cycle values is as high as possible. For a Low Day, it finds the time when all three cycles are deepest together. This avoids a simple average hiding one rhythm that is only just over the threshold.
Biorhythm Calculator FAQ
What is a biorhythm?
A biorhythm is a repeating cycle calculated from your birth date. The classic model uses physical, emotional, and intellectual cycles to create a personal biorhythm chart.
Where does each wave begin at birth?
At the point of birth, each classic cycle begins at the centre line (0%) and initially moves upward into its positive phase. Because the three cycles have different lengths, their peaks, low points, and centre-line crossings gradually fall on different dates.
How is a biorhythm calculated?
Each cycle is calculated with a sine wave using the number of days since birth and the cycle length: 23 days for physical, 28 days for emotional, and 33 days for intellectual.
What do high and low points mean?
In biorhythm theory, a peak near +100% represents the strongest part of a cycle: physical energy, emotional outlook, or intellectual alertness. A low near -100% represents the cycle's quieter or recovery phase. A centre-line crossing marks a transition between positive and negative phases. On this site, High Day means all three classic cycles are 50% or higher, while Low Day means all three are -50% or lower. These values are designed as personal reflection points that you can compare with your own experience.
Why do people connect with biorhythms?
Like numerology, lucky numbers, horoscopes, feng shui and tarot cards, biorhythms turn the invisible passage of time into a pattern we can see and reflect on. Many people enjoy comparing the curves with their mood, energy and lived experience, finding their own meaning in the coincidences and connections they notice.
